06/08/06 – Finally A Circuit We Know And Have Tested At!
In case you wonder why there are photos of a gravel trap and a tree you might like to read about the crash Chris had in Free Practice. He managed to launch the bike over the gravel, bounce it off the air fence before hitting the tree and bouncing down in to the ditch. There were even marks on the tree where it hit and we found one of his air tubes in the middle of the tyres when we walked round the track later on. he got away pretty lightly in my opinion, two damaged wheels, a bent rear subframe and some bashed bodywork. Could have been a whole lot worse!
